How to Apply

1

Check District Collector / CSC Notification

online / offline

ALIMCO conducts district-level camps periodically (announced by the DC office or NHM). Watch for notifications on ALIMCO's website, DC office notice board, or local anganwadi/ASHA workers. You can also contact your nearest Common Service Centre (CSC) to register interest.

2

Register with District Social Welfare Office

offline

Visit the District Social Welfare Office or District Collector office → express interest in Rashtriya Vayoshri Yojana → submit Aadhaar, age proof, BPL/income certificate, and a medical certificate of disability from a government doctor. The office adds your name to the beneficiary list for the next camp.

3

Attend Assessment Camp

offline

On the scheduled camp day at the designated location (usually a government school/hospital), bring all original documents. ALIMCO technicians and government doctors assess your physical condition → determine which devices you need → conduct fittings.

4

Receive Devices at Camp

offline

At the camp, devices are distributed same day or within a few days after fitting. Each device is customised/adjusted for your specific needs. You receive a certificate of distribution and warranty card for 1-year free maintenance.

5

Home Delivery for 80+ Seniors

offline

For senior citizens aged 80 years or above who cannot travel to the camp, ALIMCO and district officials arrange doorstep delivery and fitting of devices. Ensure your name is registered at the District Collector/Social Welfare office to be included in doorstep distribution.
