TL;DR — We collect only what is necessary to run the platform. AI chat messages are never stored on our servers. If you create a citizen account, your phone number and name are stored securely in our database to manage your service requests. You can delete your data anytime.

What we do NOT collect

✕Aadhaar numbers, PAN, Voter ID, or any government ID
✕Bank account numbers, UPI IDs, or payment details
✕OTPs, passwords, or PINs — ever
✕Your chat history (stays on your device only)
✕Location data beyond country-level

What we DO collect

Anonymous analytics — which pages are visited, which schemes are searched. No personally identifiable info.
AI chat messages — sent to our AI provider to generate a response. Not stored on our servers. Processed in-memory only.
Citizen account data — if you create a citizen account via phone OTP login, we store your name, phone number, and state to manage your help requests and connect you with partners.
Partner account data — operators who register as partners provide their name, center name, city, state, phone, and email for verification and to receive service requests.
Contact form submissions — only if you email us or message us on WhatsApp.

Citizen & Partner Accounts

Citizen login uses Firebase phone OTP authentication. Your phone number is verified by Firebase and then your profile (name, phone, state) is stored in our Supabase database so you can submit and track service requests.

Partner accounts are stored in our Supabase database and verified before activation. When you submit a request to a partner, that partner receives your name and phone number so they can contact you directly. Your details are shared only with the specific partner you chose.

Help requests — service requests you submit are stored in our database and visible to the partner you selected. Request details and status are retained to manage the end-to-end service flow.

Cookies & Local Storage

We use your browser's local storage to remember preferences. This data never leaves your device:

• Preferred language
• Eligibility quiz answers (for faster recommendations)
• Saved schemes and document checklists
• Recent chat history

Clear anytime from browser settings or the Saved Items page.

Third-Party Services

Google Gemini — powers our AI chat responses.

Tavily Search — fetches real-time info from official govt portals.

Supabase — stores our schemes database, citizen profiles, partner accounts, and help requests.

Firebase — handles citizen phone OTP authentication.

PayU — processes partner subscription payments. We do not store card or UPI details.

Google Analytics — anonymous usage statistics only.

Your Rights

• Use the site without creating an account
• Clear all local data from your browser anytime
• Request deletion of your citizen or partner account
• Opt out of analytics via browser Do Not Track setting
• Request a copy of data we hold about you
• Withdraw consent by deleting your account
