Go to digishakti.up.gov.in → "Student Registration" → enter your roll number from UP Board or university → your data is auto-fetched from the board records → verify your Aadhaar-linked mobile OTP → complete registration.

After registration, fill in your personal details (Aadhaar, address, domicile), educational details (board, roll number, marks, marks sheet), and next enrollment details. Upload required documents.

Merit List Verification

The district administration prepares a merit list of eligible students. Your application is verified against UP Board records. If selected, you receive an SMS and email notification with the date and venue of laptop distribution.

Collect Laptop at Distribution Camp

Attend the distribution camp at the notified district centre on the specified date with original documents (Aadhaar, marksheet, domicile certificate). Collect the laptop after biometric verification.
