Mukhyamantri Mahila Samman Yojana is a monthly financial assistance scheme announced by the Delhi Government (Aam Aadmi Party) in the Delhi state budget on February 4, 2025, providing ₹1,000 per month to women aged 18+ years who are registered voters of Delhi. The scheme registration was held through special government camps across Delhi's 70 assembly constituencies in February–March 2025. Payments of ₹1,000/month began from April–May 2025 onwards via Direct Benefit Transfer to Aadhaar-linked bank accounts. As of June 2026, approximately 48 lakh women are registered beneficiaries.

How to Apply
Check Registration Status Online
onlineGo to mahilasamman.delhi.gov.in → enter your Aadhaar or voter ID number to check if you are already registered from earlier 2025 registration camps. If registered, check payment status. If not registered, proceed to the next step.
Visit Registration Camp or CSC
offlineRegistration camps are periodically organized by the Delhi Government across all 70 assembly constituencies. Check the schedule at mahilasamman.delhi.gov.in or call 1076 to find the nearest camp date → attend the camp with your Aadhaar, Delhi voter ID, and bank passbook → government staff registers you on the portal.
Register via Doorstep Delivery (1076)
offlineCall 1076 → book a Mobile Sahayak who visits your home → Sahayak brings the Mahila Samman registration device → your Aadhaar is verified via OTP or biometric → voter ID is checked → bank account linked → you are registered on the spot. Most convenient for elderly or homebound women.
Aadhaar-Bank Link Verification
offlineEnsure your Aadhaar is seeded to your savings bank account. Visit your bank branch if Aadhaar is not linked → fill the Aadhaar seeding form → bank processes in 3–7 working days → confirm the linking via bank passbook update. Without Aadhaar-bank seeding, DBT payment will fail.
Receive Monthly Payment
onlineAfter registration verification (4–6 weeks), ₹1,000 is credited to your Aadhaar-linked bank account around the 10th of each month. Track at mahilasamman.delhi.gov.in → "Payment Status" or via your bank account/passbook. For queries or complaints, call 1076 (Delhi CM helpline).
