Jai Bhim Mukhyamantri Pratibha Vikas Yojana is a scheme by the Delhi Government's SC/ST Welfare Department to provide free quality coaching for competitive examinations to students from SC, ST, OBC, and EWS categories. Students are enrolled at 46 government-empanelled coaching institutes in Delhi for exams like UPSC, SSC, Railway, DSSB, Bank PO, JEE, NEET, and CLAT. Living stipends of ₹2,500–₹5,000/month are also provided to outstation students. Around 15,000 students are benefited per year.

Visit scstwelfare.delhi.gov.in → "Jai Bhim Mukhyamantri Pratibha Vikas Yojana" → download the list of 46 empanelled coaching institutes and the exams they cover. Choose a coaching institute and exam category that suits you.

Collect Application Form

Download the application form from scstwelfare.delhi.gov.in or collect from the nearest SC/ST Welfare office or the empanelled coaching institute. The form is free.

Submit Application with Documents

Fill the form with your personal, educational, and bank details. Attach Aadhaar, domicile certificate, caste certificate, income certificate, marksheets, and passport photo. Submit to the SC/ST Welfare Department office or the coaching institute.

Verification and Enrollment

The SC/ST Welfare Department verifies your documents and notifies you of enrollment within 15–30 days. After approval, you get enrolled at your selected coaching institute for free.

Receive Monthly Stipend

After enrollment, stipend is credited monthly to your bank account: ₹2,500 for Delhi residents and ₹5,000 for outstation students studying in Delhi. Attend classes regularly — attendance is monitored.
