Mukhyamantri Abhyudaya Yojana was launched on 16 February 2021 by the Uttar Pradesh government under the Social Welfare Department to provide free competitive exam coaching to meritorious students who cannot afford private coaching. The scheme covers preparation for UPSC (IAS/IPS/IFS), UPPSC, JEE, NEET, NDA, CDS, Bank PO, SSC, B.Ed/TET, and paramilitary exams. Classes are held at divisional headquarters by IAS/IPS officers and subject matter experts. Online classes are also available on the official portal.

How to Apply

Register on Abhyuday Portal

Go to abhyuday.up.gov.in → click "Register" → select your preferred exam category (UPSC / JEE / NEET / etc.) → fill in your name, Aadhaar, mobile, district, and educational details → submit to create your account.

Select Coaching Batch

After registration, log in to the portal → browse available batches at your nearest divisional centre (or online) → select your preferred exam category and batch → register for the batch.

Entrance Test (if applicable)

For popular batches like UPSC and JEE, an entrance test or merit-based selection may be conducted. Admit card is downloaded from the portal. Attend the test at the designated centre.

Attend Classes

Offline: attend classes at the divisional centre (e.g., Lucknow, Agra, Varanasi) conducted by IAS/IPS/IFS officers. Online: access free video lectures, study material, and mock tests on the portal and YouTube channel.

Access Study Material

After enrollment, download free study material, previous year papers, and mock tests from the portal. E-content in Hindi and English is available for download without login.
