2

Register via CSC

offline

Visit your nearest Common Service Centre (CSC). Bring Aadhaar, mobile number, and bank passbook. The CSC operator will complete your mobile verification, eKYC, and fill the Artisan Registration Form on your behalf.

3

Gram Sabha Verification

offline

After CSC registration, the Gram Sabha or Ward Committee will verify your trade and family background. A recommendation letter is issued before you can proceed to next steps.

4

Skill Training & Toolkit Grant

offline

After verification and issue of Vishwakarma Certificate, you attend a 5–7 day skill training at a nearby training centre. After completing training, ₹15,000 toolkit grant is transferred directly to your bank via DBT.

5

Apply for Concessional Loan

online / offline

After toolkit grant, apply for collateral-free Vishwakarma enterprise loan: ₹1 lakh (1st tranche) at 5% concessional rate for 18 months. On repayment, you get a 2nd tranche of ₹2 lakh. Apply through the bank linked in your CSC registration.
