Delhi Doorstep Delivery of Services
Over 100 government services delivered at your doorstep — no office visit needed; Mobile Sahayak visits your home, collects documents, and submits applications on your behalf; service delivery time within 15–30 days
Delhi Doorstep Delivery is a scheme launched by the Delhi Government that brings 100+ government services directly to citizens' homes through a Mobile Sahayak (dedicated field officer). Citizens call the toll-free number 1076 to book a home visit, and a trained Mobile Sahayak visits within an appointed time slot, collects necessary documents, fills forms, and submits applications to the relevant departments — eliminating the need to visit crowded government offices. Services include transport (driving licence renewal, RC), revenue (caste certificates, income certificates), and social welfare (widow pension, disability benefits).
