Collect Application Form

Collect the Shravan Bal Yojana application form from: Gram Panchayat (rural) / Municipal Ward Office (urban) / District Collectorate Sanjay Gandhi Niradhar Branch / Tehsildar office. The form is free and available in Marathi.

Prepare Documents

Gather: Aadhaar card, age proof (school leaving certificate / birth certificate / voter ID), income/poverty certificate from Tehsildar (showing income below ₹21,000/year), 15-year Maharashtra residence certificate from Gram Sevak or Talathi, bank passbook (Aadhaar-linked), and 2 passport photos.

Submit the filled form with all documents at the Taluka Social Welfare Office or the District Collectorate Sanjay Gandhi Niradhar Branch → you receive an acknowledgement slip with reference number.

Receive Quarterly Pension
