How to Apply

Check Eligibility

You must be 18–40 years old, earn ≤ ₹15,000/month in the unorganised sector, and must NOT be a member of EPFO, ESIC, or NPS. Have your Aadhaar and savings bank account ready.

Visit Nearest CSC

Go to your nearest Common Service Centre (Jan Seva Kendra) with your Aadhaar card and bank passbook. The CSC operator will complete your enrollment on maandhan.in at no charge.

Self-Register Online

Alternatively, go to maandhan.in → click "Self-Enrollment" → log in with your mobile number OTP → fill in personal details, bank account, and Aadhaar → choose your contribution amount based on your current age.

Set Up Auto-Debit

Provide your savings bank account details for auto-debit. The monthly contribution (₹55–₹200) will be automatically debited on the 1st of each month. Ensure your account has sufficient balance to avoid lapse.

Collect Subscription Card

After enrollment, download your Shram Yogi Card from maandhan.in or collect it from the CSC. Keep this card safe — it contains your subscriber ID needed to track contributions and claim pension at age 60.
